About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via a support ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex technical problems, identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success managers and product experts, to ensure smooth customer onboarding and technical support.
  • Monitor and validate data automated processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document knowledge and share expertise with colleagues to enhance team performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and functionality, applying this expertise to drive customer success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours, as needed.
  • Team spirit, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work with multiple interfaces and tasks in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in technical support or software product implementations.
  • Knowledge of Linux systems, utilities, and scripting.
  • Experience with supporting analytic products in a SAAS environment.
  • Development skills and knowledge of ETL processes.
  • Business orientation in the Retailer domain.
