- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service orientation, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours, as needed.

- Experience in technical support or software product implementations.
- Knowledge of Linux systems, utilities, and scripting.
