As a member of our Global Sales Support Team, you'll play a key role in helping our Field Sales team succeed. You'll be responsible for providing daily support via phone, email, and web channels, as well as supporting Salesforce CRM, quoting, order processing, data, and contract management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch support to our Field Sales organization
- Supporting Salesforce CRM, quoting, order processing, data, and contract management
- Ensuring quality assurance for our sales processes and tools
- Creating training content to support our sales processes and tools
- Developing your business acumen by working with Field Sales to understand how they utilize our systems to solve their business challenges
- Collaborating with different AVEVA departments to deliver and improve service to our Account Managers
- Maintaining sales processes and data governance
- Growing your technical skill-set by developing a solid foundation in Salesforce, including CPQ, sales methodologies, sales business intelligence, and content management systems

We're looking for someone with:
- An undergraduate degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales operations role
- Experience with software quotes and orders, preferably with subscription products
- CRM and Sales Enablement tools, especially Salesforce CRM and CPQ
- Experience within a technology/software company preferred
- English proficiency (Advanced)
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in the office in Mexico City.
