**Role Overview**

The Sales Support Assistant will provide valuable administrative support to the Higher Education (HE) sales team, helping sales representatives to efficiently manage customer relationships and meet sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer relationship management system data, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Support sales representatives in the field, providing expert knowledge on sales systems and processes.
  • Work closely with other departments to obtain product information and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Attend in-house meetings and collaborate with colleagues globally to drive sales growth.
  • Assist faculty with requests and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless customer experience.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Highly motivated and experienced sales support professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with a working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a flexible approach to work and a strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
