Isprox is an HR consultancy specializing in recruiting talent for business organizations. Our client is a leading global logistics and freight forwarding services provider with a strong presence in the USA, Turkey, India, China, Russia, and Mexico.
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and visionary sales professional to develop and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on India-US and other routes. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent knowledge of multiple shipment modes, and existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of key accounts with large air freight volume
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities with pricing, sales support, and marketing departments
- Partner with overseas offices to bring performance and growth
- Travel up to 50% to meet with clients and partners
Requirements
- International and domestic freight forwarding/NVOCC experience
- Excellent knowledge of air freight, ocean, and land shipment modes
- Existing client relationships and book of business
- Track record of sales success
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- BA or BS degree (or equivalent experience)
Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $30,000 (after taxes) monthly Mexican Pesos, plus commissions, and benefits over law. This is an office job located in Monterrey, with local residents preferred.
