Job Summary

This role involves expanding our indirect business through partnerships, focusing on sales and relationship-building within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Identify and recruit new partners for our expanding solutions, prioritising strategic relationships with key players in the market.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet agreed targets and expand existing business.
    • Provide regular progress updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management
    • Onboard new partners, ensuring seamless integration and a strong foundation for long-term collaboration.
    • Maintain and nurture existing partnerships, fostering trust and driving mutual growth.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
    • Analyse market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales or partner management within B2B financial services, ideally with a background in FX and payment solutions.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels.
    • Fluent Spanish and excellent English language skills, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and market trends.
    • A solid academic background in business or finance, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This represents a premium for exceptional candidates who can deliver outstanding results and make a significant impact on our business. The total remuneration package includes benefits such as annual bonuses, comprehensive training programs, and career development opportunities.
