Service Overview:
">This role is part of a team responsible for delivering top-notch support to clients and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating problems through various support channels.
- Investigate user inquiries and issues, isolate root causes, and implement resolutions.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior-level support personnel as needed.
Work Environment:
">This is a full-time position with a 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
Compensation and Benefits:
">The estimated salary for this role is $17,500 - $18,000 per month.
You will also be eligible for a savings plan, meal vouchers, and restaurant coupons.
Requirements:
">A bachelor's degree and proficiency in English are desired qualifications for this position.
