Job Summary:
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions - External is seeking a highly experienced Retail Operations Service Delivery Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead delivery teams for multiple complex retail service desk and call center projects, ensuring timely completion, high-quality results, and client satisfaction.

Your Typical Day:
- Develop and manage project plans, resources, and task assignments
- Lead delivery teams, conduct meetings, and communicate project status internally and with customers
- Monitor and control project progress, identify issues, and track resolutions
- Foster knowledge-sharing sessions, mentor juniors, and contribute to continuous learning
- Build complex project plans independently or with minimal guidance
Natural Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
- 4+ years of Service Desk & Project Management experience in retail industry, particularly store operations
- MS Project experience, strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work within a project team environment
- Aptitude for driving results, meeting deadlines, and producing high-quality work
- PMP Certification or demonstrated plan to achieve
