**Job Overview**

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the effective support and maintenance of SimCorp Dimension and all aspects of service delivery around it. As a Senior Service Delivery Technical Operations Specialist, you will be part of our SaaS Operations team delivering services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide L1-L3 support for resolving problems and issues in applications and system operations of SimCorp Dimension* Application configuration maintenance and enhancement, and daily operations of the applications (including monitoring and troubleshooting)* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive and reactive support*

**Requirements**

* A Bachelor's degree in finance or economics* Minimum 10 years' experience within asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management, or custodian* Experience in SimCorp Dimension or front-to-back office system operations* Broad knowledge and solid experience in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical*

**What We Offer**
