Logistics Sales Executive

**Descripción del cargo**:
Estamos buscando un gerente de ventas regional para unirnos a nuestro equipo y expandir nuestros negocios de activos y no activos.
**Responsabilidades del cargo**:
Generar ingresos de ventas con nuevos clientes y relaciones con clientes pasados que se alineen con las necesidades de la red.
Dirigir y alinear a los miembros del equipo de ventas y desarrollo de negocios para expandir relaciones y impactar iniciativas de crecimiento.
Administrar y facilitar todas las relaciones con clientes con departamentos internos, incluyendo contratos, precios, servicio al cliente, planificación, operaciones, reclamos, facturación y cobranza.
Alinearse con los proveedores de México para generar leads hacia el sur.
Revisar y cumplir con metas trimestrales y anuales establecidas por la gerencia para los miembros del equipo de ventas.
Compartir ideas para la mejora continua en un entorno profesional que apoye una cultura positiva.
**Requisitos**:
Relaciones existentes con clientes y/o proveedores de carga a través de Nuevo Laredo/Laredo.
Experiencia en gestión de cuentas o ventas en logística o transporte.
Idioma inglés/español - Nivel de negocio requerido (leer, escribir y hablar).
Capacidad para viajar dentro de México, así como la capacidad de cruzar a los Estados Unidos para visitas de clientes y/o capacitación.
