Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supplier strategies to achieve budgetary, timely, and quality objectives for assigned commodities and suppliers. Negotiate optimal agreements for Production Material (direct material) and Investments, focusing on quality, service, price, and sustainability.

Core Duties:

Formulate and execute commodity strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods, identify cost-saving opportunities, and establish long-term supplier partnerships. Manage supplier panels: Introduce new competitive supply sources and oversee the development, standardization, and bundling of suppliers, including global and best-cost country sourcing. Continuously optimize costs for assigned commodities by implementing identified value-adding measures and savings targets. Design and manage tendering processes: Incorporate purchasing requisitions, develop tender strategies, conduct risk analyses, and oversee negotiations and contract management. Lead negotiations with suppliers, supported by operational buyers, and conduct visits to current suppliers as necessary. Oversee demand planning and management: Analyze historical demand, create forecasts, and harmonize requirements and specifications. Analyze relevant supplier markets and report on purchasing market trends, competition, demand, pricing, and innovation. Provide essential data for strategic decision-making. Coordinate Supplier Relationship Management activities, including supplier risk management and enhancing supply chain sustainability. Assist in Make-or-Buy decisions regarding in-house manufacturing versus external procurement. Facilitate communication with stakeholders and manage data requests, serving as a contact point and resource for product group inquiries. Ensure compliance with all Antolin procedures.

Candidate Profile:

Educational background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, particularly within the automotive industry. Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, and high adaptability. Self-motivated and resourceful, capable of managing multiple priorities. Possess a curious and challenging mindset. Excellent teamwork, negotiation, and communication skills, with resilience and a proactive attitude.
