Strategic Account Manager Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager Lead to drive long-term growth and relationships with our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key clients, ensuring their strategic needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide voice of customer feedback, driving business decisions and product development.
- Prioritize and develop project plans for assigned accounts, aligning with identified milestones and goals.
- Design and implement Customer Success methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proven experience in Customer Success or account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding program goals.
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
- Fluent written and verbal English language skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
