Healthcare Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Sales Director to join our team at Elekta. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, primarily healthcare organizations and professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and Acquire New Clients: Utilize market research and lead generation techniques to identify potential clients within the healthcare industry. Initiate and manage outreach efforts to generate interest and secure appointments with key decision-makers.
- Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of prospective clients in the healthcare sector. Tailor product/service offerings to address the identified needs and provide customized solutions.
- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong and lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, administrators, and decision-makers. Engage in regular follow-ups and communication to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them within specified timelines. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
- Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with advancements, trends, and changes in the healthcare industry. Leverage industry knowledge to position our offerings effectively and provide value-added insights to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare products, services, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales-related tools.
