Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Travel Retail Sales & Retail Manager to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Travel Retail Americas team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong strategic Retailer partnerships to drive industry-leading financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Buying/Trading, Merchandising, Marketing, and airport authorities to ensure the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned for success.
  • Conduct successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, online and offline real estate, and support packages with Buying and Merchandising teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies for defined Travel Retail markets in collaboration with the brand director.
  • Manage each account's P&L, balancing investment with top-line opportunity, and monitor retailer profit contribution and achieve agreed profit.
  • Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context and category performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs.
  • Deliver limitless plans to drive and maintain #1 ranking in all categories and all stores.
  • Ensure accurate NPD allocation per retailer, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
  • Monitor, manage, and optimize performance, tailoring approach to the channel and retailer in question, for the best results.
Requirements
  • Must be able to travel within the region and to the Magic Office regularly.
  • Extensive and proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within the beauty/luxury/fashion industry.
  • Knowledge of the Travel Retail industry is preferred, with previous experience of working with leading Global Operators highly desirable.
  • Highly numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, keen to find creative solutions to challenges, and passionate about working in the beauty industry.
  • Results-oriented & proactively Solution Driven.
  • Structured and organized but comfortable working with ambiguity, in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with an eye for detail and rigour.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in negotiating.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
