About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Strategy Development Manager to join our team at Red Bull.

As a Sales Strategy Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Field Sales, and Consumer Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance and progress against targets

Requirements

  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Financial, Engineering, or Marketing
  • Advanced English language skills
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the FMCG/beverage industry
  • Strong strategic ability, commercial acumen, and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time
