Job Title: Sales Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and developing business strategies to support company growth. You will advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish sell-in/sell-out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets to meet/exceed company targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote sell out, following business priorities.
  • Active collaboration, resolving and preventing Credit & Collection issues.
  • Keep an open and frequent communication with the customers, to favor win/win business.
  • Keep technical knowledge updated, demonstrating to be an expert in GY products and processes, adding value to the customers' business needs.
  • Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, developing a data-driven-oriented focus, being able to detect and capture improvement opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and related courses.
  • Required: 3+ Years of Sales experience.
  • Desired: Previous experience in Tire and/or Retail Market.
