We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Partnerships Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Improve value and service to customers, enhancing their overall experience with our company.
- Use data to optimize plans and support joint initiatives with strategic customers, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Serve as the single point of contact for your customer portfolio, managing escalations and resolving issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Help achieve business objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting process improvements, and developing cross-functional relationships.
- Collaborate with the order fulfilment team to report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives.
- Analyze customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding, and promotional sales, using this information to inform decision-making and maximize service levels and sales.
Your Requirements
- A minimum of [50,000] USD per year salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Experience in Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) and working with customers.
- Background in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- SAP knowledge and expertise in MS Office.
- Customer orientation, strong influencing, and communication skills.
- A focus on delivering productivities, services, and KPIs.
- A team player with proactive thinking and flexibility.
