Job Summary:

The Victaulic Fire Protection Sales Specialist is responsible for increasing the company’s market share in the fire protection industry. This involves developing and implementing a business plan that achieves market, product, and profitability goals. The sales specialist will manage a territory project opportunity matrix, target contractors, and engineers/owners, and negotiate Victaulic product usage with accounts. The role requires strong sales and project management skills, as well as the ability to develop and nurture long-standing relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a yearly business plan that achieves market, product, and profitability goals
  • Manage a territory project opportunity matrix, target contractors, and engineers/owners
  • Negotiate Victaulic product usage with accounts
  • Develop relationships with customers and understand their business strategies
  • Design and implement a value-added strategy to sell Victaulic products
  • Measure progress with target accounts on a monthly basis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Valid Passport and B1/B2 visa
  • Previous sales experience selling value-added products/services
  • Demonstrated achievements in sales
  • Ability to develop and nurture long-standing relationships
  • Solid project management skills
