Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Assistant at Bosch, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior managers. Your duties will include planning and executing executive support services, managing projects, and coordinating meetings and events. You will also be responsible for DSP functions within the department and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute executive support services, including correspondence, meeting requests, and travel coordination.
- Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and catering.
- Perform DSP functions within the department, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a senior management support capacity.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, and ERP software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
