Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at Citi. This is a full-time position that offers an estimated salary of $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role.
About the Role:
The Customer Service Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our call center area to ensure smooth workflow and achieve predetermined goals. This includes coaching a team of representatives in providing high-quality customer care, building and retaining valuable customer relationships, and delivering value-added products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist manager with coaching a team of representatives in a manner that ensures high-quality customer care
- Build effective and strong teams committed to delivering world-class customer care and achieving organizational goals
- Accurately assess strengths and development needs of employees, including timely and specific feedback and performance management
- Identify and analyze escalated problems and provide guidance to team members for resolution
- Negotiate solutions and act as a liaison with internal and external customers when necessary
- Monitor research and evaluate technological advances in the industry to identify appropriate alternatives for enhancing current department operations

Education:
Bachelor's degree
