About the Role

In this opportunity as a Lead Customer Trust Analyst - Premier Customer Program, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with premier clients.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to ensure compliance with information security and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Design and implement effective security solutions to meet the needs of premier clients.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging threats to stay ahead of security risks.
  • Provide training and education to clients on security best practices and procedures.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address security vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to clients on security status and progress.
About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • Industry-related certifications such as GSEC, CISSP, CISA, CISM, ITIL.
  • Strong understanding of information security concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
