Internal Communications Specialist

The Internal Communications & Services Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Global Internal Communications team in implementing employee communication strategies and initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Main Responsibilities- Communication Support: Assist in developing and implementing internal communication strategies to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, including the Annual General Meeting, Cemex Day, and Quarterly Calls.
- Content Creation: Help plan, create, edit, and distribute internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, and intranet content.
- Data Analytics: Collect, process, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and initiatives.
- Project Support: Assist with project planning and management to ensure timely and successful execution of communication initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and teams to gather information, coordinate efforts, and ensure alignment in communication activities.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and writing proficiencies).
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital communication platforms and content management systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proactive: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptable: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
