About the Role

We seek an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to represent Sunwise Energy in resolving customer issues and complaints through exceptional customer service and support.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Act as a single point of contact for complex issues, demonstrating empathy and a positive approach.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns by providing solutions, recommendations, replacements, or gathering sensitive information while maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, supplying necessary updates and reporting as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies at all times.
  • Receive incoming and outbound calls to customers, showcasing assertiveness, tact, and resilience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer experience position (a plus).
  • Proficient English language skills (C1+ level).
  • Ability to work with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, for data reporting and visualization.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
