About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to leverage your technical expertise and passion for customer service to drive success within a team dedicated to troubleshooting and resolving client system performance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in global trade operations.
  • Collaborate with international teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Assist in the production of technical documentation and knowledge resources.
  • Other duties as assigned.
