About the Role
The Sales Executive Mexico position at TRAFFIX is a key role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying companies experiencing challenges with their supply chain transportation network and presenting TRAFFIX' suite of services and expertise as an optimal solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting for companies that ship freight within North America (Mexico-USA and Canada)
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Identifying business opportunities within new and current customers
- Collaborating with TRAFFIX experts to set up discovery calls and in-person meetings with prospective and existing customers
- Lead your team in generating pricing strategies that fit the client's budget while supporting the success of the Mexico's branch
- Be accountable to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
- At least four (5) years of experience with a 3PL and/or Forwarding in a sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to work independently and be incentive driven
- Problem-solving skills and ability to generate solutions
- Proficiency in English (at least Business level)
