The Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Support & Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will provide proactive operational support, delivering frontline customer service to GBG team members and ensuring they remain productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to GBG team members
  • Offer technical support and operations services to GBG team members
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base to increase the rate of fix for GBG team members
  • Apply best practice process for incident and problem requests and operational tasks
  • Continually review and improve delivery of IT services
  • Apply best practice process for ensuring SLA's and OLA's are achieved
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with technical skills in:

  • macOS
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange / M365 Administration
  • Desktop support (i.e. general PC issues)
  • M365 Application for Mac
  • Windows 10/11
  • InTune/Jamf
  • Hardware support
  • File/Print
  • Group Policy
