About the Role

Celestica is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a significant customer-focused team within a site, ensuring business execution and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, product quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with senior management, executive levels, and customers to drive business growth and resolve complex issues.
  • Mentor and develop employees to achieve challenging targets within tight deadlines and dynamic manufacturing environments.
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement groups and participate in corporate or site-wide initiatives.
  • Represent the company at working/senior level, interacting with internal and external customers effectively.

Requirements:

  • Ten plus years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
