**Sales Performance Analyst Opportunity at Flexondemand**

We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our team at Flexondemand. As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and optimizing sales performance for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide system analysis and collaborate with team members to provide sales/customer support
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand business needs and ensure cohesive tech translation
  • Design and implement sales performance strategy
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within the organization
  • Plan and Admin System Rollouts
  • Assist Project Managers

**Requirements:**

  • Hands-on experience with either Varicent or Xactly Sales Performance
  • 4+ years Analyst experience with relevant systems
  • University Education
  • Excellent English Proficiency
