About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to join Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Sales Compensation Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing processes and tools related to sales commission calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy process and tools for sales commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of commission payments.
  • Calculate commission and incentive award payments to sales employees based on commission plan provisions.
  • Investigate and resolve commission claims and account reconciliation issues.
  • Interface with other job functions in the preparation of sales commission reports, using reporting and analytics for presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Typically 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong data analytics skills and advanced English proficiency.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and basic understanding of sales commission tools, systems, and practices.
  • Good analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales commission plans and practices.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
