Key Account Strategist for Toys and Hardlines

As a Sr. Brand Specialist at Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V., you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience on Amazon.com.mx.
This role requires strong analytical skills, relationship management, and organizational abilities. You will work closely with vendors to develop strategies for our toy and hardline brands, ensuring timely product delivery, accurate pricing, and high-quality product detail pages.
You will analyze business inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and identify opportunities for growth. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, build positive working relationships, and adapt to new technologies will be essential in this role.
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience, with fluency in English and Spanish. A BA/BS degree or equivalent is required. Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML is a plus.
