**Compensation Package:**

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 17,000 pesos per month, paid bi-weekly. Additionally, they will be eligible for various benefits, including savings with a monthly cap, pantry vouchers, Christmas bonuses, vacations, anniversary bonuses, vacation premiums, major medical insurance, life insurance, quarterly bonuses, marriage or bereavement time off, and maternity/paternity time off.

**Job Description:**

As a Service Desk Level I Analyst, you will be responsible for providing end-user technical support, troubleshooting, and tuning for end-user hardware and systems, peripheral hardware, and initial triage for client network environments. You will work with Windows 10, basic networking, mobile phone support, SharePoint, Active Directory administration, and responding to network and server alerts.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you should have advanced English skills, experience supporting and administering VPN clients, Office 365, Windows 10 troubleshooting, basic understanding of SharePoint, solid familiarity with supporting multi-function printers remotely, and experience using ticketing software such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or Remedy.
