Job Details

Our client, a leading player in the industrial metal mechanic industry, is seeking a National Sales Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead and motivate a nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and ensure the sales team is informed.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is aware of new opportunities.
  • Identify new potential customers and market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements

A successful National Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry.
  • Experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Experience in the metal mechanic industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
