Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to update Egg Donor and Surrogate Mother Database with accurate profiles, conduct quality control, and coordinate medical preparation in Mexico City and Cancun.
Responsibilities:
- Update Egg Donor and Surrogate Mother Database with accurate profiles;
- Conduct quality control of Egg Donor and Surrogate Mother Database;
- Coordinate Medical Preparation of Surrogate Mothers and Egg donors in Mexico City with local doctors;
- Coordinate their preparation with our team in Cancun clinic and organize Surrogate/Egg donor travel to Cancun for embryo transfer;
- Develop ideas and bring forward creative suggestions on improving the quality control footprint;
- Ensure Egg Donor and Surrogate Mother satisfaction and high-quality care;
- Create Egg Donor and Surrogate Mother profiles and prepare weekly and monthly reports;
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Manager or Agency Director.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Fluency of English and Spanish (must);
- Medical, Marketing, Customer Service or Sales Related Education;
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in sales or customer service;
- Excellent Sales, Customer Service, communication skills;
- Solution-oriented, proactive and accurate;
- Excellent Team player;
- Ability to deal with stress;
- Able to Travel;
- Working experience in international companies is desired.
