About the Role

At Daniel J Edelman Holdings, we're seeking a seasoned Digital Project Manager to lead our client operations in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality digital content across multiple countries, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment with our client's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and align regional client operations, ensuring quality and operational performance, deadline adherence, and consistent delivery of high-quality digital content.
  • Provide senior client counsel and guidance to client leadership and internal/external staff, ensuring team success by managing work quality and productivity levels.
  • Hold self and staff accountable for behavior and performance, acting as a positive role model for effective teamwork and facilitating team operation.
  • Build a trusted and deep partnership with the client, putting digital at the center of their communication needs in coordination with the offline agenda.
  • Lead a diverse team of digital specialists in a fast-paced work environment, activating listening to client feedback and translating high-level business problems into clear objectives and actionable deliverables.
  • Oversee teams in multiple countries, guaranteeing brand narrative consistency, briefing adherence, and strategic use of the client's social media ecosystem.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of project management experience, plus 3+ years of digital and social media experience, especially in content development for large clients.
  • Marketing and advertising background necessary.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including superb people management skills.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Track record of detailed, responsible, client-related finance management, including comprehensive management of client budgets.
