About the Role

Schneider Electric is committed to reducing its carbon footprint and helping clients achieve their sustainability goals. As a key member of our Energy Efficiency consulting services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients in Hispanic Latin America to develop and implement strategies for reducing their energy consumption and carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive commercial growth by exceeding sales targets for energy supply advisory services in Hispanic Latin America.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of energy supply advisory sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
  3. Develop and implement Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) advisory services across Hispanic Latin America, aligning with the organization's focus on sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
  4. Contribute to the development of the offer strategy for energy supply advisory services in Hispanic Latin America, leveraging market insights and customer needs to drive business growth.
  5. Collaborate with international delivery managers to ensure seamless alignment between sales and delivery functions, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to client engagement and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial sales, particularly within the energy sector and/or advisory services.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the energy market in Hispanic Latin America, with a focus on Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
  • Knowledge or experience in Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and geographical boundaries.
