Global Customer Experience Associate

Job Overview
The Service Associate position is an entry-level role that focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless interactions with clients. To achieve this goal, the associate will work closely with the Customer Service function to ensure adherence to Citi's policies and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client verifications, address account-related inquiries, process transactions, and provide cross-selling opportunities for a wide range of products and services to existing and new clients.
- Resolve client inquiries and manage issues based on empowerment grids, including waivers, interest charges, fees, and other prescribed limits.
- Recommend temporary line increases as necessary.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of various products and service offerings.
- Escalate potential fraud cases to the Fraud department and sign on behalf of the bank when required.
Key Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Influencing and relationship management skills.
- A proven ability to creatively solve problems.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, reflecting the complexities of the role and the company's commitment to employee satisfaction.
