Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategy Manager to join our team at Didi Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing CX strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define governance and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize resource allocation to achieve strategic goals.
  • Support the launch of new products and regions.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in consulting, operations, customer experience, or a related area.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suites.
  • Proficiency in English required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize own work to meet deadlines.
