About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager for Industrial Filtration. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales within your assigned territory, either directly to end-users or through dealers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and increase dealer network
- Implement business plan to maintain and increase dealer network
- Increase and promote sales in strategic markets
- Teamwork with Aftermarket Representative to assure sales plan within territory
- Know bookings plan of Business Unit
- Implement Sales Strategies for IAF in Latin America
- Know and achieve invoicing goals
- Review and implement (if necessary) action plans to ensure on-time delivery and invoicing
- Visit customers and review technical and commercial proposals (quotations)
- Follow up and closing sales
- Maintain and increase customer satisfaction index either way through dealers or direct
- Implement tasks and strategic planning to ensure customer satisfaction - Customer attention, directly - Projects follow up: installation, testing, and support
- Assure meeting goals in new business for IAF within the territory
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Desired Master Degree in Business or Marketing
- 3 years in Sales or similar areas
- Advanced English Level
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
