Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Mexico City.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the sales strategy for their area, overseeing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to successfully closing deals. Key responsibilities include:

- Define and implement the sales strategy for your area
- Generate leads and proactive sales through promotional and networking events
- Build relationships with potential business clients and brokers to sell them our added-value services and products
- Maximise sales performance for your area and ensure critical KPIs are met and exceeded
The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management skills, be an effective communicator, and have a strong ability to enthuse prospects. They will also possess practical solution-selling skills, taking a hands-on approach and being driven to achieve results.
In return for their hard work and dedication, the successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, they will enjoy global mobility, with the potential to work anywhere in our network, a structured training and development programme, and promotion opportunities.
