Position Summary

In this pivotal role, you will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities within the medium-sized market segment. This competitive sales position demands exceptional persuasive abilities, a proactive approach, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to uncover core and strategic sales opportunities.
  • Generate revenue and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve or surpass financial targets.
  • Conduct sales activities to consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Utilize consultative and solution-oriented sales techniques.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Understand market dynamics and competitive landscape to propose effective logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather insights and present customized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in consultative sales.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in negotiation and strategic sales methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Compensation
