Strategic Enterprise Sales Professional

About the Role:
Motive is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to play a key role in our expanding sales organization. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and closing business with our largest prospects, with a specific focus on the rapidly growing market in Mexico. As a critical member of our founding team in Mexico, you will lead the charge, leveraging the strength of our product positioning and selling the value of our products while achieving significant business outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our largest prospects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer pain points and develop tailored solutions
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of our products
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of the Mexican market and its key industries, including transportation, logistics, and manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products and technologies quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
