Key Responsibilities
- Contact current and prospective customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities
- Act as an internal account coordinator for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Establish connections with new clients to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Provide accurate quotes, input orders, and follow up on transactions to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with the Sales team to share insights on potential sales leads and drive sales growth
- Ensure prompt and quality delivery of customer orders, coordinating with logistics as necessary
- Assist other Inside Sales Representatives in managing and expanding their accounts
- Recommend appropriate products to customers based on their needs, staying informed about market trends and product advancements
- Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and maintain a high level of customer service
What We Offer
- A competitive base salary of $18,000.00 MXN per month, plus a great commission package

Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the illumination, solar, hardware distribution, construction, or electrical maintenance industries
- Honest, hardworking, and passionate about sales, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced English language skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
