Key Responsibilities

  • Contact current and prospective customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Act as an internal account coordinator for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Establish connections with new clients to expand our customer base and increase revenue
  • Provide accurate quotes, input orders, and follow up on transactions to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to share insights on potential sales leads and drive sales growth
  • Ensure prompt and quality delivery of customer orders, coordinating with logistics as necessary
  • Assist other Inside Sales Representatives in managing and expanding their accounts
  • Recommend appropriate products to customers based on their needs, staying informed about market trends and product advancements
  • Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and maintain a high level of customer service

What We Offer

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the illumination, solar, hardware distribution, construction, or electrical maintenance industries

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
