Client Support Specialist

El Analista de Soporte Operativo es una posición de nivel inicial encargada de proporcionar servicios de apoyo a las operaciones, que incluyen, entre otros, el mantenimiento de registros/documentación, almacenamiento y recuperación de documentos, mantenimiento de cuentas, digitalización y apertura de cuentas en coordinación con el equipo de operaciones. Además, el Analista de Soporte Operativo actúa como enlace entre el personal de operaciones, gerentes de relaciones, gerentes de proyectos, custodios y clientes. El objetivo general de este rol es ofrecer apoyo operativo diario en alineación con la infraestructura y procesos de soporte de operaciones de la empresa.
Responsabilidades:
- Documentar procesos de manera precisa y detallada, siguiendo procedimientos establecidos para completar tareas complejas.
- Identificar brechas en los procesos que requieran escalamiento, ofreciendo soluciones potenciales.
- Asistir en la gestión de inventarios y necesidades de flujo de trabajo según lo dictado por la prioridad de riesgo y el nivel de servicio.
- Apoyar una variedad de productos y servicios.
- Analizar problemas y formular soluciones a través de investigación e indagación.
- Navegar, probar y ejecutar bases de datos, hojas de cálculo y sistemas de complejidad moderada.
- Asegurar un manejo de cuentas preciso y oportuno.
- Asistir en actividades que ayuden a reducir el impacto organizacional y/o pérdidas.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo al tomar decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y la protección de sus activos, cumpliendo con las leyes, reglas y regulaciones aplicables, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en cuanto a comportamiento personal, conducta y prácticas comerciales, y escalando, gestionando e informando sobre problemas de control con transparencia.
Calificaciones:
- 1 año de experiencia relevante.
- Habilidades informáticas y de mecanografía competentes.
- Capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas tecnologías.
- Demuestra consistentemente habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal claras y concisas.
- Capacidad para trabajar con otros para completar tareas asignadas.
Educación:
- Diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
