Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director for Mexico to lead our sales growth strategy in the country. This role is pivotal in driving commercial expansion through channel partnerships, distributor relationships, and key account management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Mexican market and be able to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that aligns with our company's overall sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Mexico, focusing on driving growth through reseller and distribution channels.
  • Channel Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our Channel Development Specialists and the overall commercial team.
  • Distributor Partnerships: Collaborate with distributors to develop and implement joint business plans that drive sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Reseller Support: Support reseller partners in increasing B2B and retail sales through targeted marketing initiatives, product launches, and incentive programs.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities to optimize costs and increase margins.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a commercial leadership role within the technology or accessories industry, with a focus on channel sales and business development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills: Proven track record of managing reseller channels, distributor relationships, and large commercial teams; strong understanding of incentive program management and ability to implement sales-driving initiatives; exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing multi-functional teams; data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions based on market analysis; fluent in both Spanish and English.

Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
