Channel Sales Developer

Alfa Laval is a pioneering company that creates innovative technologies to solve some of the world's most pressing challenges. As a Channel Sales Developer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our reach through strategic partnerships.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, chemical, or mechatronics, and at least 3 years of experience in channel sales development.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales business plans aligned with the company's strategy
- Forecast sales and monitor progress against objectives
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN HEALTH RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS
- Leverage strategic thinking to identify and onboard new channel partners
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, considering ESG criteria
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, chemical, or mechatronics
- At least 3 years of experience in channel sales development
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (C1 level)
- A competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
