**Role Definition:** Drive revenue and growth for the Construction Industries aftermarket services business for Caterpillar dealers in the assigned territory. Define and communicate targets and follow established sales processes focused on the end customer, in collaboration with the dealers.
**Responsibilities:**
• Deliver aftermarket services sales targets in assigned territory and dealers;
• Develop and implement aftermarket services growth plan for the Core segment, in collaboration with dealer;
• Develop marketing campaigns and events to drive aftermarket sales, specific to each region, to maximize sales results;
• Optimize parts sales variance utilization within assigned budget to drive incremental top line revenue and deliver business plan;
• Champion and influence change related to Caterpillar parts & service support strategies, products, and services;
**Decision Making and Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
