About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Cash Management to join our team as a Lead Business Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing commercial profitability by identifying and selling innovative Global Payment Solutions (GPS) to a defined portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain and enhance existing revenue streams by developing new business opportunities and deepening client relationships.
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize cross-selling opportunities and achieve asset growth, sales, or revenue targets.
  • To participate in events, initiatives, and activities to develop business opportunities and protect the bank's reputation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • P Payments, collection, and cash management services expertise.
  • Sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong organization, analysis, written, and oral communication skills.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
