Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Officer to join our team at Manpower S.A. de C.V. as a Web Production Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing web pages and maintaining websites using existing Content Management Systems (CMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Page Production: Work within the production team to produce high-quality web pages and maintain websites using existing CMS.
  • Timely Project Delivery: Manage projects and tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality.
  • Department Protocols and Processes: Adhere to department protocols and processes, including approvals, risk assessment, and contribute to identifying controls.
  • Web Content Management: Assist in implementing web content management best practices, including housekeeping and maintenance activities.
  • Search Engine Optimization and Analytics: Follow established guidelines for applying metadata, keywords, and tagging necessary for search engine optimization and analytics.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee a high quality of work by consistently taking responsibility for one's own work, reviewing it against clients' requirements and quality standards.
  • Online Job Code/Filing System: Ensure an online job code/filing system for all work produced.
Requirements
  • Web Development Experience: Web development and hands-on experience in Content Management Systems and other digital publishing platforms, e.g. Sitecore, AEM, WordPress VIP, etc.
  • Content Import and Conversion: Ability to import text and data from external applications, e.g. documents, imagery, videos, and convert external content into a web-appropriate format.
  • Best Practices in Online Content Production: Maintaining best practice in producing online content standards, compliance, voice and tone, and style guides.
  • Proofreading and Editorial Content Check: Basic understanding of proofreading and editorial content check.
  • Task Management: Structured, systematic working style in managing tasks assigned.
  • Website User Experience: Understanding of the website user experience that will enable improvements on websites and its performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a team, collaborate with clients and internal team while seeking advice from chapter leads as necessary.
  • Professionalism and Flexibility: Maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere, flexibility in working different shifts and during public holidays when required.
  • Availability and Reliability: Available to work overtime and weekends if necessary, build relationships with the team and clients while meeting business requirements.
