About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Partner Advisor. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering ongoing support and guidance to our clients, helping them to achieve their business goals and maximize the value of our SAP Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored support and guidance.
- Design and implement targeted support engagement plans to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide expertise and guidance on the use of SAP Cloud solutions, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide proactive support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and customer success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success management, account management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SAP Cloud solutions and their applications in business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in both languages.
