Job Title: Customer Success Enablement SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success Group, you will play a critical role in equipping our Customer Success teams with effective and impactful customer service practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement training and development practices to enhance customer service skills
- Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base housing training and learning content
- Partner with Customer Success Group Operations to identify areas of opportunity and highlight internal best practices
- Create high-impact enablement collateral, playbooks, case studies, and thought leadership content
- 2-4+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strong facilitation skills in various settings
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Hybrid teams with top talent from Mexico, the US, and around the globe
