Job Title: Customer Success Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success Group, you will play a critical role in equipping our Customer Success teams with effective and impactful customer service practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement training and development practices to enhance customer service skills
  • Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base housing training and learning content
  • Partner with Customer Success Group Operations to identify areas of opportunity and highlight internal best practices
  • Create high-impact enablement collateral, playbooks, case studies, and thought leadership content
Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Strong facilitation skills in various settings
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
