About the Role:
- Manage total rewards for the Latin America Region, ensuring local total rewards are delivered within the global framework to attract, engage, and retain talent.
- Develop, deliver, and communicate total rewards programs that enable Brown-Forman to remain a competitive employer.
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for the Latin America Region, aligning with established TR strategies and policies.
- Lead total rewards influencer and educator for LAR, meeting frequently with HRBPs, managers, and employees to ensure understanding and maximize perceived value of programs.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 7 years HR/Compensation/Benefits experience, supporting Latin American markets, with an extensive business acumen and local reward network.
- Analytical problem solver with the ability to communicate with impact and manage change.
- Experience in Human Resources and a knack for making difficult things seem easy.
- Able to source and use the most reliable benchmark data to inform total rewards practices.
- Superior ability to create financial models using Excel/sheets to assist with plan design.
Total Rewards Package:
- Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000.
- Bonus structure based on performance metrics.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
